I originally made these for use as banners to link to a Star Wars fansite that I was making. I've since scrapped all plans for that site, but the banners were done and I thought they were pretty cool. Also, it wasn't until I was working on the third banner that I realized I was essentially telling the story of Anakin Skywalker's rise and fall and redemption, which is the main plot of the films anyway. I continued with that theme, adding the original quotes.
