Basic Photoshop tools used here. The image of sand dunes (which came w/ Photoshop) contained cloudy skies; So I created the image of clear, blue sky and placed it underneath; I ran a layer mask over the dunes to let the blue sky through; then placed a pair of simple lense flares to create Tatooine's twin suns.
