Bio
My name is Marc Thibodeau, and I'm a freelance Illustrator/cartoonist/graphic designer based out of Western Massachusetts. I've been drawing since I was old enough to hold a crayon, and my inspirations are cartoonists Bill Watterson (Calvin & Hobbes) and Charles Schulz (Peanuts), and children's book illustrator/animator Bill Peet (101 Dalmatians, The Sword in the Stone).
After spending roughly 10 years in the newspaper & publishing industry as a graphic designer/marketing director, I now work on a freelance basis, focusing on graphic design work and art/cartooning projects in addition to being a husband and stay-at-home-Dad. My recent work includes a wide range subjects, from cartoony mascots, to Facebook/Website headers, to comic strips for blogs and newsletters, to illustrations for children's books. I love drawing monsters, robots, animals, people -- you name it.
Thanks for visiting my site!
